Job Title:  Custodian               Location: St. George

Part-Time Hourly Position,

25 hours per week, M-F 11:30AM – 4:30PM 

  • Position includes, but is not limited to:
    • Custodial
      • Cleaning floors, including sweeping, dry and wet mopping
      • Clean tables and chairs (occasional pressure washing)
      • Remove trash from common areas, and office areas in facility
      • Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors)
      • Trash pickup for outside facility and some debris removal
      • Vacuum carpeted rooms and offices
      • Maintain inventory of custodial supplies
  • Requirements for the position:
  • Ability to work at a steady pace and with a team
  • Able to climb ladders up to 24’ ft.
  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
  • Majority of time spend standing, walking, stooping, etc. for up to 8 hours
  • Education: High School Equivalency
  • Some experience in general labor
  • Skill in the operation of a variety of hand tools and custodial equipment

Job Title: In Home Care Aide                                        

Location:  Summerville

Position, 40 hours per week, M-F  8:30am- 5:00pm 

Position includes, but is not limited to:

  • In Home Service Clerk
    • Assisting clients based on the designated plan of care to include but not limited to duties of
      • Housekeeping
      • Laundry
      • Meal Preparation
      • Shopping
    • Ability to lift 30+ pounds with duties including bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing stairs, use of fingers, hands and limbs on a routine basis
    • Capability to tolerate reasonable heat and cold changes in resident homes, house pets, smoking, and /or odors
    • Report accidents/injuries to client or self to management
    • Ability to attend in-services and training sessions
    • Maintain accurate progress notes and duty sheets related to services/care provided to client
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills; Proficient in writing and math for record keeping and documentation;
  • Minimal six (6) months to a one (1) year experience working with seniors
