I understand that volunteers do not receive compensation or benefits.

Section 7: Health, Safety & Conduct

I agree to follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

I will not volunteer while ill and will notify staff if I am unable to attend my scheduled shift.

I understand that Dorchester Seniors, Inc. reserves the right to dismiss volunteers for policy violations, misconduct, or attendance issues.
