Fitness Centers & Classes for Every Level
Skip the expensive gym membership and enjoy our fully equipped fitness gyms in both Summerville and St. George, designed specifically for adults 50+. Our safe, accessible equipment and supportive, no-pressure environment make it easy to feel comfortable, and our staff is always available to help you get started.
In addition to open gym access, we offer a wide variety of classes and activities—from gentle fitness and chair yoga to beginner line dancing, walking clubs, cornhole, and other low-impact wellness programs—so there’s always a fun and engaging way to stay active.
